More behind the scenes filmmaking fun on set of Inglorious Basterds

The #mainhustle life is too often filled with boredom and routine. Why don’t more companies foster creativity and individuality like Pixar does? While Pixar is, well, Pixar and boundless creativity seems to be a requirement to work there, I think even an accounting firm would want happy accountants who can come up with original ideas once in a while. This “Pixar Studio Stories” video (more here) made me think about the artificial (or corporate imposed) bounds on the #mainhustle life and why they even exist. Do they have to?

This video also reminded me of the fun, instant camaraderie, and endless in-jokes that come with working on or acting in a stage crew or film. Miss those days…
